Todd Meyer is a valuable employee in the letter press arena. His knowledge of various pieces of equipment comes in extremely helpful to TMI. When difficult projects arise Todd steps up and spends a lot of time troubleshooting and getting the projects to run through TMI equipment. Todd is also valuable with helping other departments when they have equipment issues and we need him to get them up and running. Todd is greatly appreciated.

What has been your greatest accomplishment with TMI?
My greatest accomplishment with TMI has been establishing the Letterpress department back in 2012. Back then I only had two machines to work with in Letterpress, the Heidelberg cylinder and the Kluge. A lot of production went through that equipment such a s hot foil stamping, die cutting, perforating and scoring. Those were fun years. I am proud to have seen my department grow into a fully capable finishing department that can offer a wide variety of products. The addition of newer more capable equipment has been key in helping TMI be a competitive player on the world stage.The contributions of those on my team have been critical in the success of this department. I'm excited to move forward with all the knowledge we've acquired.

What parts of our mission do you most identify with?
As I understand our mission to be "Bringing Happiness to The World, One Tattoo at a time", I can identify with bringing happiness to the world but one tattoo at a time? We are going to need a bigger boat!

What do you find most unique about this company?
First of all it is the products we offer that make us unique. There is so much we can do that others cannot, giving us an edge. We can do more!

What is your team like?
My team is always willing to step up their game when needed. Over the years we have gained the knowledge of operating many types of equipment that produce our product. This knowledge and experience has allowed us to spread out into other departments and be of assistance when needed. Very versatile!

What motivates you most about your job?
Challenges are an inevitable part of our business, with deadlines to be met, machines breaking down or not cooperating, seemingly impossible projects to manifest into reality, etc. What motivates me is having the freedom to approach these issues with creativity. The trust that is placed in me to make a solid decision makes all the difference.

Have you grown professionally while on our team? Please explain how.
At almost 20 years at TMI I've had the opportunity to train and lead many employees. Teaching and training others takes great patients, discipline and time. An unexpected consequence of teaching and training others was that it made me better at what I do. Everyone has unique qualities, perspectives and abilities that need to be allowed expression. Leading a team is rewarding. I have the candor to admit sometimes I don't know how to approach certain situations and that I don't know everything which is when I turn to those on my team, coworkers or my superiors and ask "what do you think?", "how do you see this?", "any suggestions?". I am still a student learning from those around me.

What has been your experience with our company culture? Explain.
Respect, Integrity, empowerment, responsibility, accountability and innovation. We are working on it. Great accomplishments take time. The seed is there. Let us move forward with dignity and pride.

Who is your greatest influence? Why?
No doubt in my mind that my greatest influence will be my Heavenly Father. Why? Truth, Light, Intelligence.

What do most people not know about you? Please share.
I was born in Provo Utah USA. I grew up in a city called Medicine Hat, Alberta Canada. My family now lives in Calgary Alberta Canada.Page 2 of 2

What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy riding and maintaining mountain bikes. I love the outdoors where I can get away and be at peace with nature. Drawing, painting, playing guitar, keyboards, photography, anything that allows self expression.

Do you have any hidden talents? If so, what are they?
I have been composing music all my life; since 1995 mostly on guitar and synthesizers. It keeps me grounded. Meditative, visionary and introspective music is what my focus is these days. Anything that I can do with my hands is fair game.

If you were to go back in history, who would you be and why?
I would only want to be me. All my accumulated experiences in this life has contributed to what I am at this moment in time. For the better or worse no one can take that away from me.

Do you have any hidden talents? If so, what are they?
My super useless talent is that I can remember the names of most actors that I see in a movie. It's not cool.

What has been your greatest accomplishment with TMI?
I've had the opportunity to work with multiple departments and people across the company to roadmap and implement production automation within our current production environment. It's been a fantastic learning experience which has allowed me to really understand how the company works and how all the various systems connect to each other.

What do you find most unique about this company?
The production process for tattoos is pretty unique, but I think the most unique thing about the company is the people. There's a strong commitment to constantly improve, iterate, and succeed.

Who is your greatest influence? Why?
My wife Marcy. She worked at TMI for over 10 years as the creative director for the Savvi Department and she's super talented in design and organization. I always bounce ideas off her and am constantly in awe of her abilities.

If you were to go back in history, who would you be and why?
Definitely Wyatt Earp or someone who observed the OK corral gunfight. When I went to Tombstone for the first time I always wondered what that must have felt like and where the truth in the legend really is. Plus cowboys, gunfights, and the old west are super cool.

Learning the SQL coding language. Prior to TMI I had no experience with SQL, but it's really been my favorite part of the job.

I believe the history of the company is very unique. You don't find many companies in Tucson who have reached the world in the way TM International has.

What do most people not know about you? 
As a GM for a property management firm, I traveled to Australia to address 3000 attendees on US real estate investment. At the event, I met Tim Ferris and Richard Branson. Our mission succeeded, leading to our company managing numerous properties for Australian investors.

What motivates you most about your job?
My drive stems from the process of creating, learning, and accomplishing goals. Being a self-starter, I value collaborating with a manager who equips me with the resources needed and empowers me to execute tasks independently.

What is your team like?
When i think of our team, i think of the board game Clue. Many different Characters with different strengths and ways of approaching daily business that all come together for a wild weekly mystery.

What parts of our mission do you most identify with?
The part of our mission statement that speaks the loudest to me is being able to create Tattoos (or anything) that can bring out the child in everyone. If we can bring out the child in anyone, imagine the impact if everyone could have a little more fun every day.

What are your hobbies outside of work?
Spending time with my family on weekends, rollerblading and bicycling, reading books, swimming.

My Dad is my biggest influence. As a kid i watched my dad thrive in his industry and have always wanted to find my own specialty and build a long-term career.

What do you find most unique about this company?
We are very unique in our product offering and in the various ways we go to market. We are the last remaining manufacturer of temporary tattoos in North America which I think is super cool.

What motivates you most about your job?
The people I work with motivate me every day. I am also someone who thrives on challenge.

Yes. I am in a role that I have not been in before which has a whole new set of responsibilities. This has definitely driven my professional growth of the last 2+ years.

What do you find most unique about this company?
What I find most unique about our company is our core product, simply put, temporary tattoos. We have produced over 14 billion temporary tattoos, over the years and that number continues to grow on a daily basis. When my kids were younger, I was basically a
ROCKSTAR because I work for the company that makes all the cool temporary tattoos. That's pretty awesome!

What is your team like?
Being part of a team means many different things to different people. I like my team because we are a group of people with different skill sets who support each other in our daily tasks. Each of us with different strengths and weaknesses coming together to form a solid group of coworkers.

Have you grown professionally while on our team? Please explain how.
When I first started at TMI, I was basically a tattoo builder, I was young. I did not have much experience in the printing industry.
Sometimes, only through the eyes of others, do I realize that I have grown professionally. Looking back over the past 4 years, I've
learned so much. When I surround myself with coworkers who are more technical than me, more experienced than me, who lead
better than me, do I realize how far I've come. But that I still need to keep moving forward!

What are your hobbies outside of work?
Watching my kids play sports. I love playing golf, mountain biking, going on vacation with my family and spending time with my
friends. I used to play in-line hockey, but realize as I get older the bumps & bruises take longer to go away!

If you were to go back in history, who would you be and why?
If I was to go back in history, I would still be myself. Of course, I would change some of my decisions I've made over the years. However, I wouldn't change all of them, learning from my past mistakes has made me the person I am today.

In my 11+ years at TM International, my greatest accomplishment has been the amount of solid relationships I've built. This

Hand down, Self expression! To me, self expression is most important to our mission. Our product offering supports a large variety of ways to show Self expression.

What motivates you most about your job?
Working with great people. The work we do can be never ending, but every call or meeting (even the tough ones) are almost always
dotted with a personal connection, laughs & fun. We spend so much time together between these walls, and it's reassuring that most of us enjoy coming to work each day.

What parts of our mission do you most identify with?
The sections I most identify with in our Vision & Mission statements are within our Core Values: Accuracy, Empowerment. I love helping people learn things that helps them feel empowered.

What do you find most unique about this company?
I grew up with my Grandfather & my Dad working in the printing industry (News Papers & Telephone books).
My Grandfather was a printer and ran the big printing machines on the production floor for Times Mirror Press in LA. My Dad worked in the Proofing Department of Times Mirror Press. I hope I have made my Grandfather & Dad proud as they look over me above as I am learning & working in the printing industry as well, I think printing fun products is way cooler than printing news papers and telephone books any day of the week.

What motivates you most about your job?
I love learning new things. This job has pushed my learning curve in a direction I never thought would happen to me. Before this job I worked solely in the electronics industry and never realized that there was so much to learn one could learn about printing, die cutting, & kiss cutting stuff. It is very cool.

What are your hobbies outside of work?
I love to go fishing, and as Weird as this sounds: I love to crochet.

I collect Salt & Pepper Shakers. Not the new stuff! Only the oldie, unusual antique'y stuff!

Have you grown professionally while on our team? 
Yes, I have had the ability to utilize prior experience and apply it to a new field. In doing that I have found ways to merge old and new techniques to benefit our customers and our company. The ability to create a hybrid of my experience has allowed me to challenge myself to create a product which our clients return for.

What do you find most unique about this company?
We are a family and we have a niche that collectively we have perfected, and no one comes close to us. We all know others have tried and failed! The fact that we ship millions of tattoos all over the world in itself says a lot and solidifies us as the world leader in the industry. Then you throw in all the other products we do and its even more impressive.

What is your team like?
There is no "your team" : my team is our entire company. Each of us has our own unique character and qualities that we bring to the team; and we are all awesome!

My faith in God, but if we are talking about people, my greatest influences are my children. They manage to keep themselves and me grounded to what matters most, family!

What do most people not know about you? 
I grew up in Las Vegas Nevada. In my opinion that was when Vegas was the real Vegas. I was lucky enough to see Elvis Presley on stage twice as well as other popular icons in the music and entertainment industry and Wayne Newton kissed me on my cheek when I was a little girl..

What parts of our mission do you most identify with?
The Team Effort; you're only as strong as your weakest link, and I've worked hard to make sure that I'm doing my part and doing the
best job I can to help the company in any way possible.

What do you find most unique about this company?
The simple fact that we're the largest manufacturer of temporary tattoos. Before I started here, I figured there was a market for it and that they had to come from somewhere, but had no idea that it was in the town I'm living in.

What is your team like?
Tight-knit and supportive. Not a day goes by that I don't relish the fact that any support I could ever need to do my job functions is
as easy as turning my chair around and having that at my disposal.

If you were to go back in history, who would you be and why?
I don't think I'd be anyone in particular, but I'd like to be a pirate. Living the carefree life and sailing the ocean and seeing the world
would be a dream come true. Doing all that on an old rickety boat with a bunch of other salty sea dogs is just a bonus.

Who is your greatest influence? Why?
It would have to be my mom. She always pushes me to excel in every aspect of life, and it all started when I was in school. Being able to apply those life lessons as I get older is the most important thing for me.

What do you find most unique about this company?
What I find most unique about our company is everyone's willingness to help one another out and learn about each other.

What is your team like?
I  might be biased but my team is the best! We all work great together and respect one another. My team supports one another to the very end and we are the most festive for holidays (totally biased there). I could go one about my team, but I would say they have become like family to me and I appreciate them so much.


Who is your greatest influence? Why?
My greatest influence in life is my mother. She is a strong woman who raised me by herself, she is my ultimate best friend and someone I can always rely on. In work, my greatest influence would be Mrs. K, she is so knowledgeable in her field and she is always willing to educate on our products.

If you were to go back in history, who would you be and why?
If I were to go back in time and be a famous person, I would love to be Mary Shelley as she is the author of Frankenstein and many more novels (I do have a collection of her stories) If I was thrown back in time and could be anything, I would be a librarian in Europe during the Gothic era so I could experience reading first editions.

What do most people not know about you?
What most people may not know about me is I love to garden when I get the chance and I love to volunteer.

My greatest accomplishment with TMI is being able to grow with the company. Starting out only building tattoos and now being able to start and finish all products being produced in my department.

My motivation about my job is coming to work and knowing my skill set I have learn will makes a difference for the company and my co-workers.

I have grown professionally and personally during my time with the company. I have learned a lot from past co-workers and current ones. Now I am able to utilize my knowledge to help others who need my help. There are many great people working here that I can depend on and call friends.

If you were to go back in history, who would you be and why?
This is a very hard question. I would say George Washington the father of the nation.
Can you imagine growing up and not knowing someday you would be the first president of a country.

In my 25 years with the company, I've built experience in Customer Service, Estimating, and Customer Service Management, all of which have been excellent learning opportunities.

What has been your greatest accomplishment with TMI?
The successful go live of one entirely new ERP system, two major upgrades, and working on implementing a new ERP. It is exciting to be part of the set up and creation of such a critical part of the business.

What parts of our mission do you most identify with?
I love the infinite possibilities to show my creativity through decorating my body. I do this both permanently and temporarily.

What do you find most unique about this company?
Our ability to adapt. Having been with the company for 15 years, we have had to redirect our strategies multiple times. It is amazing to see the resilience and quick thinking of our entire organization.

What is your team like?
My team is the BEST EVER!! Each of us support the others with a willingness and eagerness to learn new tasks and roles. We are always ensuring the department goals are met even if someone has to step outside of their lane.

What motivates you most about your job?
People. Every employee matters; from the janitor to the assembler to the executives. Ensuring we have an empowering, cohesive relationship with each employee is the most critical part of my job.

What do most people not know about you? Please share.
I was a victim's advocate for Pima County. I worked with victims of domestic violence to ensure they are aware of resources available to them. There is a major focus on ensuring these victims receive the counseling/therapy to work through their traumas.

Who is your greatest influence? Why?
All three of my parents. My mom has molded me into a compassionate, empathetic, artistic, free-spirited person; while my dad has kept me grounded in reality, hard-working, and determined; and my Katy (my stepmother) has shaped me into a hopeful person, looking for the best in people.

Have you grown professionally while on our team? Please explain how.
I have grown my career with this company. I have gained more exposure to different aspects of accounting, manufacturing, business process flow, automation, and so much more. I started here as a 20 something and am now middle aged in my 40s...HA! So I have definitely grown!

What has been your experience with our company culture? Explain.
The company culture is truly one of family. People care personally about each other. We support each other both by ensuring the job is covered and by personally assisting with a ride, or dropping something off, or by simply offering a home cooked meal. We all care about each other.

What are your hobbies outside of work?
I love music and anything in theatre. Most recently I saw "Rocky Horror Picture Show" for my first time. I also saw Nine Inch Nails and Kendrick Lamar/SZA in the last few months. Life requires music.

Do you have any hidden talents? If so, what are they?
I'm a closet guitar player. I don't like to play for people. It is for me.

If you were to go back in history, who would you be and why?
I would go back to the 1970's so I can go to a real disco. I love the music. I love the attire. I love the dancing. One of my mantras: "When in doubt, dance it out!"
